Mestrado de dupla diplomação com a Kuban State Agrarian UniversityThis work is about IT infrastructure and, in particular, computer networks in KubSAU and IPB. Also, it is about a network monitoring system “NetGlance NMS” developed for KubSAU System Administration Department. Work objective is to optimize the information structure for KubSAU and IPB. During the work, following tasks were completed: Research the existing IPB information structure, Compare the information structure for KubSAU and IPB, Model the IPB computer network (topology, services), Research bottlenecks and potential pitfalls in the data-center and in the computer network of IPB, Research information security mechanisms in the computer network of IPB, Organize monitoring process for the computer network in KubSAU. The most important impact of the work is an increasing network productivity and user experience as a result of creation and deploy a monitoring software.O trabalho descrito no âmbito desta dissertação incide sobre a infraestrutura TI e, em particular, sobre as redes de computadores da KubSAU e do IPB.

Satisfaction with the quality of distance education at a medical university during quarantine measures

Problem statement . During the COVID-19 pandemic, basic medical education, traditionally strictly full-time, has been remote for a full academic year. This required significant changes in the structure of approaches to learning, which led to certain features in its quality and personal perception by the subjects of the educational process. The purpose of the study is to develop an approach to improving distance medical education based on data on the satisfaction of the subjects of the educational process. Methodology. Data from the Medical University Semey (MUS) and the Shakarim University Semey (USh) was analysed. The respondents were 450 students of the 4-6th courses of the MUS and 385 students of the 4-5th courses of the USh. A survey was carried out on 98 members of the teaching staff (TS) of the MUS and 105 members of the USh who participated in distance learning programs for the 2020-2021 academic year. Results. MUS students noted the insufficient activity of the teaching staff, the shortcomings of the existing methodological support, and problems of communication on the part of the student prevailed. In USh, the key problems were the lack of communications and equipment, insufficient activity and readiness of the teaching staff. In the opinion of the teachers of both universities, there was insufficient activity of students. The dishonesty of students was also noted. More significant in the medical school was the lack of training of teachers for the implementation of distance learning. Conclusion. Satisfaction of students and teachers with distance learning during COVID-19 remained high, but had problems related to both material and human resources

Annulation of Perimidines with 5-Alkynylpyrimidines en Route to 7-Formyl-1,3-Diazopyrenes

Unusual rearrangements were shown to accompany Brønsted acid-assisted peri-annulations of 1H-perimidines with 5-alkynylpyrimidines. These transformations take different routes depending on the nature of acetylene precursor, and lead to the formation of 7-formyl-1,3-diazopyrenes

The January 2015 outburst of a red nova in M31

M31N 2015-01a (or M31LRN 2015) is a red nova that erupted in January 2015 -- the first event of this kind observed in M31 since 1988. Very few similar events have been confirmed as of 2015. Most of them are considered to be products of stellar mergers. Results of an extensive optical monitoring of the transient in the period January-March 2015 are presented. Eight optical telescopes were used for imaging. Spectra were obtained on BTA, GTC and the Rozhen 2m telescope. We present a highly accurate 70 d lightcurve and astrometry with a 0.05" uncertainty. The color indices reached a minimum 2-3 d before peak brightness and rapidly increased afterwards. The spectral type changed from F5I to F0I in 6 d before the maximum and then to K3I in the next 30 d. The luminosity of the transient was estimated to 8.72.2+3.3×105L8.7^{+3.3}_{-2.2}\times10^{5}L_{\odot} during the optical maximum. Both the photometric and the spectroscopic results confirm that the object is a red nova, similar to V838 Monocerotis.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures, 4 tables, accepted for publication in Astronomy and Astrophysics as a Letter to the Editor; page 5 is online material onl

Device for increasing the efficiency of the packed heat and mass transfer column and manufacturing method

    No full text
The article presents the developed design of the heat and mass transfer column device with contact elements made of skewed sheets, which makes it possible to mitigate the disadvantages of using structural nozzles. The results of the study of the method of manufacturing the device from polymeric materials are presented

Electrophilically activated nitroalkanes in reaction with aliphatic diamines en route to imidazolines

Material from this article can be used in other publications provided that the correct acknowledgement is given with the reproduced material and it is not used for commercial purposes.A novel synthetic methodology for the assembly of imidazolines via an unusual reaction between nitroalkanes and aliphatic 1,2-diamines in the presence of phosphorous acid is described. In contrast to the related highly efficient preparation of benzimidazoles from aromatic amines, this process represents a major synthetic challenge and for a long time was elusive. Analysis of the method limitations is provided

Dual role of polyphosphoric acid-activated nitroalkanes in oxidative peri-annulations: efficient synthesis of 1,3,6,8-tetraazapyrenes

A highly efficient synthetic method for expeditious and selective assembly of tetraazopyrenes (TAPy) is reported, based on the novel reaction of electrophilically activated nitroalkanes with aromatic amines. Remarkably, the nitroalkanes play a dual role in this process, also serving as mild and efficient oxidants promoting aromatization of the final product and allowing for the exclusion of a poorly controllable aerobic treatment
